he VAM electronic starter is designed to start and stop 3-phase asynchronous motors gently. It works on the principle of controlling motor current three-phase parzialization. Controlling the current, VAM reduces the peak of torque on the motor even for heavy loads of inertia and startup resulting in a reduction of mechanical stress and maintenance of the system caused by fluctuations and vibrations. VAM can control motors with double polarity even with varying power and includes a a sequence rotation sensor of power line for machines which have to work in a one-way direction. The limitation and continued control of current offer savings on electricity, most of all in cases of continuous starts and various electrical applications. Keeping this in mind the uses of VAM are many, for example startup of : machine tools, trollies, presses, pumps, compressors, draw-plates, softening machines, carnival rides, mills, ventilators, barrels etc. VAM is programmed by keyboard with an alfa-numeric lcd display by a complete software, guided, simple and clear. The display allows you to visualize the mode of the soft starter, all parameters of the settings, the Vrms value of supply voltage, the Arms value of the motor current and emergencies in the pre-chosen language.
