FAD 101 - Multiple internal speeds

This board affords the possibility of up to 7 different speed. The references can be selected by way of no-volt contacts. This system affords the advantage of several speeds without the need for a circuit board with analog output from PLC.

FAD 107 - Torque control for winders/winding

This device is suitable for winders/winding machines provided with a feeler, or a potentiometer, capable of detecting angular displacement or the variation of the diameter of the coil to wind up. Possibility of controlling the sensitivity of the pull/feeler. Start with progressive increase of the torque; instantaneous Stop.  Ammeter transformer (TA) inside our device = max. 5A, over connect an external TA.

FAD113 - Controlled lowering of vertical pulling loads

This device arranges for the adjustable speed motor to work in two ways: as a motor and as a brake. The available braking torque is the same as the pulling torque. Possibility of feeding some trimmers or external potentiometers, in order to have different degrees of intensity or ascent speeds. Possibility of pilotage with external analog signal 0..5Vdc or 0..10Vdc. It has no start/stop, but it ha a poit of equilibrium at about half of the value of pilotage tension.

FAD116 - Electronic friction with alarm

For electronic friction mode you use the power base controller. This board allows you to program difference in velocity between the speed already set and the speed which triggers the alarm (range 200-1400rpm). One relay with one contact is available with the ability to memorize and program the trigger speed or stop the machine.

FAD122 - Electronic brake for CM4 control

The braking phase can be selected by way of no-volt external contact. deceleration variable-intensity dynamic braking with slow approach. The max braking torque is the half  of the pulling torque. It can be changed over from speed control to torque control, for precise supports of mechanical locks.
