VD27.1kit electronic card allow the motor running and a regulated and efficient braking of asynchronous mono-phase and three-phase motors. The card has inside a motion motor power contactor, an auxiliary commands circuit supplier, an electronic power brake circuit and a microprocessor command circuit for all interblock demagnetizations and brake times. Compared to mechanical and electrical systems, it allows for precise regulation, easy and steady braking, elimination of wear and maintenance of eventual mechanical braking as well as the certainty of stopping the motor without inverting the gears as in counter-stopping.  VD27.1kit electronic card  is an excellent solution for reduce the braking times of work cycles or for an emergency stopping of hazardous machines. Keeping this in mind the uses of this card are many, for example: centrifuges machines, brushing machines, tools machines, machines for working wood, machines for butchers…

It is sold with IP54 grade protection box eventuality also with star/stop buttons and cables press conform to the customer necessity.
